Good questions.
Clear answers.
Everything people ask before they send a device our way — without the tiny-print energy.
How does the quote work?
Choose your exact model, answer the configuration and condition questions, and the site finds the matching live variation. The quote is free and there is no obligation to ship until you decide to continue.
Do you buy broken or no-power devices?
The source catalog includes a Faulty tier on device products. Cracked screens, heavy wear, battery issues and no-power devices can still have parts or refurbishment value; eligibility is confirmed at inspection.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. The process provides a prepaid, trackable US shipping label after you accept the offer. Pack the device with padding, remove SIM or memory cards, and keep the tracking number.
What if the device does not match my description?
We explain the difference and send a revised offer. You can accept the new amount or request the device back according to the return policy shown at checkout.
When do I get paid?
Payment is initiated after the device is received and inspected. The source site generally communicates a 24–48 hour post-inspection window, with method-dependent processing time.
What do I need to do before shipping?
Back up your data, sign out of Apple/Google/Samsung accounts, turn off Find My or similar locks, erase the device, remove SIM or microSD cards, and pack it securely.
Can businesses sell multiple devices?
Yes. The bulk workflow is designed for businesses, schools, government teams and resellers. Submit the volume and upload device images for a custom quote.
Do I need the original box or charger?
Most product quotes focus on the device itself. Some Mac and audio products expose an accessory option because it can affect value. The exact options shown on the product page are the source of truth.
